Sarah is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in individual and group psychotherapy. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Alexandria University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in the same field.
Over the years, she has specialized in helping adults navigate a range of psychological challenges, including personality disorders, mood disorders (such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety), borderline personality disorder, addiction, attachment issues, and trauma. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals. These approaches allow her to support clients in exploring their inner emotional worlds and fostering deeper connections with themselves and others.
In addition to individual therapy, sarah has significant experience in leading and facilitating support groups, including community support groups and chronic illness support groups, as well as group psychotherapy sessions tailored to adults.
